Hugging this character: Aw yeah he'll be excited.
Kissing this character: He will be so confused and so excited.
Flirting with this character: He will love it but also spaz out.
Fighting with this character: He probably won't pick a fight with you unless you get between him and his food, but he'll push you around if you get up on him.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Superficial injuries are kind of the stock in trade of a secondary rider, and I could deal with him getting a broken bone or two. Nothing permanent, please.
Killing this character: I'd rather not, but if there's a good enough reason then yeah.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: You could probably easily read his surface thoughts and even his deeper ones (he doesn't have many) but if you're not careful, you will tip off the magical beast in his head, Chimaera, who will probably spit you out real nasty like. Same goes for mind control, he would be real easy to take over except for that nasty lion/hawk/chameleon/dolphin/bull creature.
